Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom engravings, special blade lengths, and bespoke configurations may add 2-5 business days.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
- Standard (US): 7-14 business days
- International Standard: 10-21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Free worldwide shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders below $75 ship for a flat $15 worldwide. No code needed — the correct rate is applied automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal.
International Shipping and Customs
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These are levied by your country when the package arrives. ISABERS does not collect or estimate these fees. Contact your local customs office for rates before ordering.
Important: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is abandoned, disposed of, or returned, ISABERS is not liable and will not issue a refund. We cannot declare a lower value on customs forms as this is mail fraud and voids our responsibility for the shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, document everything: take clear photos of the box before opening, photos of any damage to the product, and email us within 48 hours. We will file a carrier claim and send a replacement. For lost packages, we initiate a carrier investigation (5-10 business days) and send a replacement if confirmed lost.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. ISABERS is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error after ordering, email us immediately.
