Warranty

All ISABERS lightsabers are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.

What is Covered (1 Year)

• Soundboard failure (Xenopixel, Proffie, or RGB board malfunction)
• LED failure (Neopixel blade LEDs or hilt LED not lighting)
• Charging port defects (loose connection, failure to charge)
• Speaker failure (no sound, crackling from factory defect)
• Battery failure within 6 months (18650 cell not holding charge)
• Switch/button failure
• Hilt structural defects (threading failure, loose components from manufacturing)

Blade Coverage (30 Days)

Blades are covered for 30 days against manufacturing defects: delamination or cracking not caused by impact, defective LED strip in Neopixel blades (dead pixels out of the box), and loose blade tip from factory.

What is NOT Covered

• Blade damage from dueling (scratches, cracks, shattered tips from impact)
• Neopixel LED strip damage from impact (cracked strip inside blade after striking)
• Water damage (sabers are not waterproof)
• Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, paint wear)
• Battery degradation after 6 months (natural capacity loss)
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage from using incorrect charger (fast chargers over 5V 1A can fry the board)

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Email support@isabers.com with your order number and issue description
2. Include clear photos or a short video demonstrating the problem
3. We assess and respond within 1-2 business days
4. If confirmed as covered: we ship replacement parts (simple fixes) or provide a prepaid return label and repair/replace the saber

Repair Time

Simple repairs (replacement parts shipped to you): parts arrive in 3-7 business days. Full repairs (saber returned to us): turnaround 7-14 business days plus shipping time.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

We offer paid repair services for out-of-warranty or non-covered damage. Common repairs: blade replacement (5-0), battery replacement (5-5), soundboard swap (0-50). Email us for a quote.
